Today we will talk about how health is wealth.

Today's competitive wall everyone has taken part in the race of making more money giving little importance to health. 

Nowadays most of job goers are upset with their fitness some try hard to make themselves fit and some are wasting their time just thinking how to maintain but never try

and just few make plans and forget to initiate a famous proverb health as well has its own concerns. 

The ponderosas of health is bigger than wealth if we are not physically fit it can affect our personal life and can increase tensions which can make us mentally unfit.

Being physically active helps prevent bone density loss maintain balance and war of illnesses like heart disease stroke and cancers for some illness and disability can bring on or contribute to mental illness.

For example those who live with diabetes, cancer and heart disease can also suffer from depression.

If you are unable to squeeze out a dedicated time for exercising during the week exercising at work may be your option staying physically active will not only energize you it will improve focus and productivity too you need a few minutes during the course of your work day and if performed regularly you will notice a difference in your health.

You are just only two steps back make a plan and walk with your complete plan at workplace you can perform simple stresses while sitting at your desk to prevent your body from feeling stiff practice these flex your necks slowly forward and backward and side to side roll your shoulders forward and backward equal number of times to ease tension open your arms and rotate the wrist externally as you pull your soldiersback. This gives a good stretch to the

upper chest and stand as tall as you can keeping your shoulders relaxed lift your toes up and keep the backstraight.

At last don't let the fear of embarrassing yourself prevent you from staying healthy and exercising at work you might serve as an inspiration to other co-workers and even get them to join you in a walk around the office complex or a lunch hour gym session every moment of every day we have the ability to create for ourselves new beginnings and new challenges that will help us reach our full potential and that all things are possible.
